Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 pkg Frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
- 1 pkg Dry onion soup mix
- Dash Nutmeg
- 1 pt. Sour cream
- Buttered breadcrumbs
- Sliced almonds
Directions
Blend soup mix and sour cream and let stand 1 hour. Cook spinach and drain well. Fold in sour cream mixture and add nutmeg. Top with bread crumbs and sliced almonds. Bake @ 350 deg for 30 min.
