Spinach Casserole

 

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg Frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
  • 1 pkg Dry onion soup mix
  • Dash Nutmeg
  • 1 pt. Sour cream
  • Buttered breadcrumbs
  • Sliced almonds

Directions

Blend soup mix and sour cream and let stand 1 hour. Cook spinach and drain well. Fold in sour cream mixture and add nutmeg. Top with bread crumbs and sliced almonds. Bake @ 350 deg for 30 min.
