Cheesey Potato Casserole

 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Frozen hash browns
  • ½ cup Melted butter/oleo
  • ½ cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Grated cheddar
  • 1 cup Corn flakes

Directions

Drop potatoes in boiling water for 5 min. Drain thoroughly and combine in large bowl with other ingredients except corn flakes. Pour into 3 qt. casserole. Crush and mix corn flakes with 2 Tbsp. melted oleo and use to top casserole.

Bake @ 350 deg for about 45 min. Can be frozen before baking and baked for 1½ Hours at 350.
