Do Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Potatoes
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 8 oz, Cream cheese
- 1 Stick oleo
Directions
Cook potatoes, mash and add other ingredients, whipping well. Put in 9 x 13 greased pan.
Bake at 325 deg 30 - 45 min. just before serving.
