Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
- 2 qt. Water
- 1½ -2 lb Chuck – cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 small Onion
- Celery leaves
- 16 oz. Can tomatoes - diced
- 1 bag Frozen soup veggies
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 2 Bouillon cubes
- ½ cups Barley
- 1 can Beef broth
- 1 cup Water
Directions
Brown meat. Add water, salt, onion and celery leaves. Simmer about 2 hrs. Refrigerate overnight. Skim fat from top and bring to a boil. Add other ingredients and cook for 50 - 60 more minutes.
