Potato Soup

 

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Chicken broth
  • ½ cup Onion – chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes (or more)
  • ½ tsp. Dill weed (or more)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter/oleo
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • dash Pepper

Directions

Slice potatoes. In pan combine broth, onion, potatoes and dill weed. Bring to boil, simmer for ten Minutes. Mash with potato masher, leaving some chunks. Set aside. In skillet melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk, cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in potato mixture and heat through.
