Nancy’s Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Spinach
- 1 pkg Bib lettuce
- Other greens???
- 10 slices Bacon - fried & crumbled
- 1 red Onion
- 4 lg Eggs - hard cooked
- Dressing:
- 2/3 cup Oil
- ¼ cup Garlic wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. White wine
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Prepared mustard
- ½ tsp. Curry powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
Directions
Mix, shake and refrigerate dressing. Blend greens, bacon and chopped eggs. Add dressing just prior to serving.
Serves eight.
