Nancy’s Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Spinach
  • 1 pkg Bib lettuce
  • Other greens???
  • 10 slices Bacon - fried & crumbled
  • 1 red Onion
  • 4 lg Eggs - hard cooked
  • Dressing:
  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • ¼ cup Garlic wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. White wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Prepared mustard
  • ½ tsp. Curry powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper

Directions

Mix, shake and refrigerate dressing. Blend greens, bacon and chopped eggs. Add dressing just prior to serving.

Serves eight.
