Lemon Mold
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Lemon jello
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 1 cup Cold water
- 16 oz. Cool whip
- 1 can Lemon pie filling
Directions
In large bowl, combine jello and boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Add cold water and chill 1-2 hrs. until thickened. Add Cool whip and pie filling and fold together until well blended. Pour into large glass serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Garnish with thin slices of lemon if desired.
