Italian Layered Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head Lettuce – shredded
- 1 Red onion – sliced
- 1 jar Bacon bits
- 1 cup Carrot rounds
- 1 small Cauliflower – chopped
- 10 oz. Frozen peas
- 1 can Black olives - sliced
- Dressing:
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Parmesan
- Italian Dressing (to taste)
- 1 box Seasoned croutons
Directions
Layer items in large glass bowl.
For dressing, mix yogurt, sugar, cheese and Italian dressing. Drop in globs over vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Add croutons at serving time and toss well.
Serves 6 to 8.
