Round Steak Supreme

  • Round Steak
  • Flour
  • Carrots
  • 1 pkg Dry Onion Soup mix

Directions

Pound serving sized pieces of round steak, dredged with flour. Brown and simmer (adding a little water) 45 min - 1 hr. Cut carrots into 2” pieces. Place in bottom of casserole and cover with meat. Sprinkle with pkg of dry onion soup mix adding boiling water to cover. Bake, covered, @ 350 deg then uncovered 1 hr.
