Ground Beef Pie
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs. Ground beef
- ½ cup Celery – chopped
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pkg Frozen peas
- 1 pkg Dry onion soup
- ¼ tsp. Oregano
Directions
Brown meat with celery. Pour off fat. Add flour, soup and ¾ c water. Cook frozen peas in ¼ cup water until defrosted. Add peas and oregano to meat mixture. Put into unbaked 9 in. pie shell. Cover with top crust and slit crust.
Bake @ 400 deg for 30 min.
