Pot Roast

 

Ingredients

  • Beef Pot Roast
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Carrots

Directions

Dredge pot roast (chuck etc.) in flour, salt & pepper. Sear in a little oil. Add some water if needed and simmer until tender. May add sliced onions and carrots 45 min. before done and quartered potatoes last ½ hr of cooking.
