Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground chuck
  • 1 Med. Onion
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 8 oz. Mushrooms –sliced
  • ¼ cup Butter/oleo
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour

Directions

Brown beef and drain. Cook onion, mushrooms and minced garlic in butter (I use less butter). Stir in flour and seasonings. Add meat and cook 5 - 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
