Brown Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chop suey meat
- 1 cup Celery – chopped
- 2 Sliced onions
- 2/3 cup Brown rice – raw
- 2 cups Water
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- 1 can Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
Directions
Mix all together and bake uncovered 2 ½ hr at 350 deg. Stir after 1 hour.
May add buttered chow mien noodles last ½ hour.
