Pork Tenderloin Sesame
Ingredients
- 2 Pork Tenderloins (1# ea)
- 1 Beef bouillon cube
- ¼ cup Boiling water
- ¼ cup Chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- ¼ cup Oleo/butter
- ¼ cup Toasted sesame seeds*
- 1 Egg - lightly beaten
- ½ tsp. Poultry seasoning
- 2 cups Soft bread crumbs
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 6 Bacon strips
- *Toast on cookie sheet baking 3-5 min.@ 350 deg
Directions
Butterfly tenderloins by slicing lengthwise, not cutting completely through. Open each to make flat pieces. In small bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. In med. saucepan sauté celery and onion in butter until transparent. Mix lightly with bouillon, sesame seed, bread crumbs, egg and poultry seasoning. Salt to taste. Spoon stuffing onto 1 tenderloin, cut side up. Place second tenderloin on top with cut side down. Cover with bacon and truss up with string to hold all together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 350 deg about 1 hr.
