Baked Pork Tenderloin

 

Ingredients

  • 2+ lbs. Pork Tenderloin
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • Oleo

Directions

Flatten 8 or 10 pieces tenderloin. Dip in milk or oleo and then bread crumbs. Brown in skillet and transfer to baking dish. Mix mushroom soup with about ¼ cup of the milk and pour over the meat. Cover and bake at 350 deg about 45 min.

May add ¼ tsp. thyme or other seasoning if desired.
