Pork Chop Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 Pork chops
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 24 oz. O’Brien or Hash browns
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • ½ tsp. Seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper

Directions

Brown pork chops in oil and seasoned salt. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in thawed potatoes, ½ cup cheese and ½ can fried onions. Put in 9 x 13 pan and place pork chops on top. Bake -covered- at 350 deg for 40 min. Top with rest of cheese and onions. Bake -uncovered- another 5 minutes.
