Barbequed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Pork chops
  • ½ cup Catsup
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¾ tsp. Celery seed
  • ½ tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 1 Bay leaf

Directions

Brown pork chops and put in casserole. Combine other ingredients and pour over chops.

Cover and bake @ 325 deg 1 ½ hr.
