Chicken/rice Dish

Ingredients

  • Chicken -cut up
  • 1 can Chicken broth
  • ½ pkg Onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup Celery – chopped
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1½ cups Minute rice

Directions

Mix together soup, broth and soup mix. Add to celery, pepper and uncooked minute rice. Put chicken pieces, skin side up, in 9 x 13 pan. Pour rice mixture (reserving 1 cup) over chicken.

Bake @ 400 deg 1½ - 2 hours, adding remaining mixture during last 20 minutes of baking.
