No Peek Chicken

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice (not instant)
  • 1½ cup Water
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1 package Onion soup mix

Directions

Mix ingredients and place in a large casserole dish (greased). Place cut-up fryer chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with package of dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 325 deg for 2 ½ hrs.
