Party Chicken A La King

Ingredients
- 2 cups Diced chicken – cooked
- 2 Tbsp. Butter/oleo
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 4 oz Mushrooms – undrained
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- ½ cup Onion - fine
- ¼ cup Green pepper - chopped fine
- 2 oz. Pimento - drained/chopped
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Dry cooking sherry
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
Directions
Cook onions in butter. Add cheese and soup and cook slowly stirring constantly until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Serve over Pepperidge Farm patty shells or toast.
Great for gals luncheon.
