Chicken Kiev
Ingredients
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups Fine bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 8 Chicken breasts
- ¼ cup Dry vermouth
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- ½ cup Oleo
- ¼ cup Green onion (sliced)
- ½ tsp. Salt
Directions
Mix garlic, basil, oregano, salt and crumbs and place on a large plate. Melt ¼ cup oleo and coat chicken then cover with crumbs. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 50 min. @ 365 deg. Mix wine and green onion, add to remaining oleo, pour over chicken. Bake for 5-10 min more.
