Russian Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Cooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter/oleo
  • 1½ lbs. Ground beef
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 2 cups Celery - chopped fine
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • 1 Medium onion

Directions

Place meat, onion, green pepper, celery, salt and pepper in large skillet and brown in oil - about 10 - 15 min. Drain and add mushrooms, peas, tomato soup and cooked rice. Put in large casserole and bake at 350 deg for 1 hr.

Long time family favorite.
