Russian Fluff

Ingredients
- 1½ cups Cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. Butter/oleo
- 1½ lbs. Ground beef
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1 diced green pepper
- 2 cups Celery - chopped fine
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can Peas
- 1 can Mushrooms
- 1 Medium onion
Directions
Place meat, onion, green pepper, celery, salt and pepper in large skillet and brown in oil - about 10 - 15 min. Drain and add mushrooms, peas, tomato soup and cooked rice. Put in large casserole and bake at 350 deg for 1 hr.
Long time family favorite.
