5 Hour Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Beef stew meat
- 2-3 med onions
- 1-2 pkg Frozen green beans (opt)
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 can Consommé
- 4 Tbsp. Tapioca
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Celery
- Potatoes
- Carrots
Directions
Place meat and vegetables and seasonings in a large casserole. Top with tomato sauce and consommé (no water). Sprinkle with tapioca.
Bake covered @ 250 deg about 5 hrs.
