Peach Kuchen

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 can Sliced peaches(29 oz)
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Egg

Directions

Blend cake mix and coconut. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat mixture into a well greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 min. at 350 deg. Remove and arrange peach slices to cover the warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Mix egg and sour cream and drizzle on top. Bake 25 min. more. Best when served warm.
