Rhubarb Kuchen

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Flour (divided)
  • 1 cup Sugar (divided)
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1½ Stick Oleo
  • 1¼ cup Melted oleo
  • 3 cup Rhubarb -cut up
  • 3 oz. pkg Strawberry jello

Directions

Mix well, 1½ cup flour, 3 tsp. sugar, Baking powder and stick oleo. Pat into 8 x 12 pan and top with rhubarb and jello sprinkled over. Mix melted oleo, ½ c flour and rest of the sugar. Spread over rhubarb mixture and bake at 375 deg for 40 minutes.
