Pistachio Pudding Dessert

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 stick Oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • ½ cup Chopped nuts
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • ½ large Coolwhip
  • 2½ cups Cold milk
  • 2 pkg Instant pistachio pudding

Directions

Mix together the flour, oleo, sugar and chopped nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 deg for 12 minutes. Beat the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and Coolwhip and spread over first layer. Beat the pudding with cold milk for 1 min. Spread over previous layer and sprinkle with a few more nuts if desired. Chill a few hours or overnight.
