Lemon Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 Heaping Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Lemon
Directions
Beat sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk and butter until smooth. Add lemon juice and rind (grated). Beat egg whites and fold in. Pour into buttered casserole and place in a shallow pan of water. Bake @ 350 deg 50 -60-minutes.
Very old recipe - light and lemony.
