Bittersweet Sauce For Ice Cream
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Butter/oleo
- 1½ oz. Bittersweet choc
- ¼ cup Cocoa
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Cream or milk
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Shave chocolate fine. Melt with butter in saucepan stirring constantly over low heat until smooth. Stir in cocoa, sugar, cream and salt. Bring slowly just to a boil - do not stir. Remove from heat. Blend in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
