Ambrosia’s Easy Truffles

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Real milk chocolate
  • 8 oz. Cool whip – thawed
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • Jimmies, colored sugar, etc as desired

Directions

Melt choc over low heat and cool to room temp. Fold in cool whip (mixture will thicken). Cover and chill at least one hour. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in chopped nuts, jimmies, colored sugar or if desired ; melt coating chocolate and dip truffles in it to coat. Cool on waxed paper.
