Brazil Nut Bark
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 cup Chopped brazil nuts
- ½ cup Chopped raisins
Directions
Melt the bits and shortening together. Add nuts and raisins. Spread on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Cool and break into pieces. In hot humid weather - Refrigerate.
