Florences Pecan Fingers

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter/oleo
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 cups Chopped pecans – fine

Directions

Cream butter, adding brown sugar gradually. Blend in flour, salt, water, vanilla and pecans. Shape into date size pieces and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 deg about 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
