Krum Kake

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. Whipping cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ tsp. Almond or vanilla (opt)

Directions

Whip cream and fold in sugar - Fold in flour and add flavoring. Use about 1 tsp. batter on hot Krum Kake iron - watch carefully. Roll on tapered cylinder.

Very putsy, but a must at Christmas.
