Choc. Caramel Pecan Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cup powered sugar
  • ½ cup Oleo – softened
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 24 Vanilla caramels
  • 1/3 cup Whipping cream
  • 2 cup Pecan halves
  • 1 tsp. Oleo

Directions

In medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, ½ cup oleo and ½ cup chocolate chips. Add 1 Tbsp. whipping cream. Blend well - add flour and mix (using hands) until evenly crumbly. Press into 9 x 9 greased pan and bake for 15 - 20 min. at 325 deg. In medium saucepan combine caramels and 1/3 cup cream until melted and blended. (can use microwave). Add pecans and mix to coat. Spoon over hot crust and spread to cover. Melt 1 Tbsp. oleo and choc. chips - stir in 2 Tbsp. whipping cream. Drizzle over filling. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
