Pecan Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Butter/oleo
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans

Directions

Mix flour, butter and cream cheese as for pie crust and chill 3 - 4 hours or overnight. For filling, mix brown sugar, vanilla, egg and chopped pecans. Divide dough into 16 - 24 parts and press into miniature muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full with filling mixture.

Bake 30 -35 minutes at 350 deg.
