Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • 1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
  • 12 oz. Cream cheese
  • 2 lg Eggs
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Directions

Put pie filling into shell and bake @ 400 deg for 15 min. Cool. Beat together softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over pie and bake ½ hr. @ 350 deg. Cool. Top with sour cream. May sweeten sour cream with 1 - 2 Tbsp. sugar if desired.
