Cranberry / Walnut Pie

Ingredients

  • 9 inch Unbaked crust
  • 2 cups Whole cranberries
  • 1 cup Walnut halves
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 lg Egg
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1/3 cup Butter - melted and cooled

Directions

Place cranberries and walnuts in pie shell. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine egg, sugar, butter and flour and beat well. Spread on top of berry/nut layer. Bake @ 325 deg 45- 50 min.
