Cheese And Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz. pkg Brown & serve Sausage
  • 2 cups Grated cheese*
  • 6 Eggs slightly beaten
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped green pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Oregano
  • *Monterey Jack or Swiss

Directions

Brown sausage. Separate dough and line bottom and up sides of a 9x 13 pan. Place sausage on crust. Sprinkle with cheese and onion. Combine eggs and other ingredients and pour over cheese.

Bake @ 425 deg 20-25 min. Cool 5 min
