German Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs (separated)
- ½ cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Powdered Sugar as required
Directions
Blend egg yolks, sugar, milk, spices and flour until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in rest of batter. Bake as 8” square crepes on griddle until browned. Spread with margarine and powdered sugar, and roll into logs.
