Brule Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 12 slices Buttered toast
- 2 lbs. Bulk pork sausage
- 2 cups Grated sharp cheddar
- 8 lg Eggs
- 1 qt. Milk
- 3 tsp. Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
Directions
Brown and drain pork sausage. Cut toast into 1 inch cubes layer toast, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13 baking dish. Repeat layers. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate over night.
Bake @ 375 deg 60-75 minutes.
