Brule Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Buttered toast
  • 2 lbs. Bulk pork sausage
  • 2 cups Grated sharp cheddar
  • 8 lg Eggs
  • 1 qt. Milk
  • 3 tsp. Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Directions

Brown and drain pork sausage. Cut toast into 1 inch cubes layer toast, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13 baking dish. Repeat layers. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate over night.

Bake @ 375 deg 60-75 minutes.
