Herb Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk (scald)
- 2 pkg Dry yeast
- 3 tsp. Chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4½ cups Sifted flour
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1½ tsp. Basil
- 1½ tsp. Tarragon
Directions
In large bowl sprinkle yeast over warm water. Let stand until dissolved. Add milk – cooled to lukewarm -, sugar, salt, herbs and ½ of the flour. Beat, then add rest of the flour and stir well. Cover and let rise about 45 min. or until about double. Stir down and put into greased pie pan. Let rise about 30 min. Bake @ 375 deg for about 30 min.
