Egg Nog Bread

 

Ingredients

  • 2 lg Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 2¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 tsp. Rum extract
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

Blend eggs and sugar. Add butter, rum extract, eggnog and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and mix in until just blended. Put into greased bread tins. Bake @ 350 deg 45-50 min. May need more time. Cool in pan 10-12 min. Remove and cool to room temperature.
