French Coffee Puffs

 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1½ cup Flour
  • 1½ tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg

Directions

Cream butter, sugar and egg. Blend in sour cream and dry ingredients, just until mixed. Fill small (2”) greased muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake @ 375 deg for about 15 min. or until golden.

While warm dip in 6 T melted butter mixed w/ ¼ c sugar & 1 tsp. cinnamon.

So good and well worth fooling with!
