Pepperoni Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 14 oz. Pizza sauce
  • ½ cup Chopped onion
  • Small Can sliced mushrooms
  • 6 oz. Ripe olives
  • 1½ cups Mozzarella grated cheese
  • 2 oz. Sliced pepperoni

Directions

Press cream cheese into 8 or 9 in. pie tin. Cover with pizza sauce, onion, drained mushrooms, chopped ripe olives and mozzarella. May top with added grated cheddar or Colby. Finish with layer of pepperoni.

Bake @ 325 deg for 18 -20 min. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
