Liver Pate’

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Braunschweiger spread
  • 1 stick Butter/oleo
  • ¼ tsp. Lemon rind or juice
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion

Directions

Mix together spread, butter and lemon. Add pepper, parsley flakes and onion. Shape into mound and add chopped parsley and pistachio nuts (opt.) for garnish.

Serve with crackers.
