Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans Black beans
- 1 can White shoepeg corn
- 2 cloves Garlic - minced
- ½ Red pepper
- ½ Red onion
- Lots fresh cilantro
- 8 oz. Zesty Ital. Dressing
Directions
Rinse black beans, chop pepper, onion and cilantro and mix with other ingredients, pouring dressing in last. Store overnight in refrigerator. Serve with Tostados lime flavored scoop chips. Will keep well in refrig.
