Easy Cocktail Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- ½ cup Dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Minced onion
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 lg Egg
- 1 tsp. Parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 12 oz. Chili sauce
- 12 oz. Grape jelly
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chili sauce and grape jelly and mix well. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in large greased skillet about 20 min. or until heated through. Remove meatballs and drain fat. Combine sauce and jelly in skillet and stir until well mixed. Add meatballs and simmer about 30 min. more. Makes about 2 doz.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
