Bacon Rounds

 

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Bacon
  • ½ cup Scallions
  • ¼ cup Mayo
  • 24 Buttered melba toast rounds

Directions

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Add onions (chopped including tops) and mayo. Spread on toast rounds. Bake @ 350 deg for a few min. watching .carefully. Serve hot.

May make mixture early in the day and refrigerate until using.
